Expands Nevada's child pornography laws to criminalize AI-generated and AI-manipulated sexual content depicting minors, including images of real minors digitally altered to show sexual conduct and obscene depictions of entirely AI-generated fictional minors

Defines "artificial intelligence-generated minor" as a fictional human created through AI that has anatomical or physical features making it appear to be a minor

Violations for preparing, advertising, or distributing such material constitute a category B felony punishable by 1-15 years imprisonment and/or up to $15,000 fine; possession constitutes a category B felony for first offense (1-6 years) and category A felony for subsequent offenses (1 year to life)

Persons convicted of these offenses must register as sex offenders and comply with all related requirements under existing law

Makes conforming amendments to approximately 20 other statutes covering background checks for employees working with children, sex offender definitions, victim notification procedures, and record sealing prohibitions to include the new AI-related offenses
