Increases the maximum capacity for wildlife guzzlers exempt from water appropriation requirements from 20,000 gallons to 40,000 gallons

Extends the maximum allowable pipe length for exempt guzzlers from 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile

Maintains existing requirements that guzzlers must have a capture area of 1 acre or less and not conflict with existing water rights as determined by the State Engineer

Guzzlers must still be developed by state or federal wildlife management agencies, or by others in consultation with and approved by the Nevada Department of Wildlife
