Requires the Nevada Department of Education to develop age-appropriate curriculum standards for teaching sexual abuse awareness and prevention to pupils in kindergarten through grade 12, including recognizing indicators of abuse, actions victims should take, and available counseling options.

Expands the definition of "personal safety of children" to explicitly include physical and sexual abuse among the hazards and dangers children should learn to recognize.

Mandates school districts and charter schools implement instruction on sexual abuse awareness and prevention as part of required health courses, based on Department-developed standards.

Requires annual review of curriculum standards by the Department and annual reporting by school boards on grade levels covered, materials used, instructors utilized, and number of student safety incident reports.

Effective date: July 1, 2025; fiscal impact on state government but no effect on local government.
