Nevada National Guard members facing nonjudicial punishment for minor offenses gain the right to demand a trial by court-martial instead, exercisable any time before punishment is imposed

Office of the Military must implement a training program informing service members of their new right to demand court-martial in lieu of nonjudicial punishment

Convening authorities must report final dispositions of all courts-martial demanded under this provision to the Office of the Military

Office of the Military must submit annual reports by January 31 to the Legislature (odd years) or Legislative Commission (even years) detailing training program information and court-martial statistics

Effective July 1, 2025, and does not apply to nonjudicial punishment proceedings where written notice was issued before that date
