Nevada courts may exercise general personal jurisdiction over corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, business trusts, and other business entities if they are organized, registered, or qualified to do business under Nevada law

Jurisdiction also applies if the entity expressly consents or has sufficient contact with Nevada that does not offend "traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice"

Once jurisdiction is established, any cause of action may be asserted against the entity regardless of whether the claim arises from the entity's Nevada business activities

Discontinuing Nevada business registration or activities does not eliminate jurisdiction for acts, transactions, or omissions that occurred during the registration period
