Establishes the Hope Card Program administered by the Office of the Attorney General to provide domestic violence victims with proof of their extended protection order in a wallet-sized or digital card format

Requires Hope Cards to be issued free of charge within 10 business days of an extended order being granted, containing applicant information, court details, case number, and expiration date

Allows cards to include optional information such as names of additional protected persons or animals, adverse party's name, physical description, and photograph if available

Makes knowingly presenting a fraudulent or expired Hope Card to falsely represent protection under an extended order a misdemeanor offense

Takes effect January 1, 2026 for program operations, with immediate effect upon passage for program development and administrative preparation
