Creates the Nevada-Ireland Trade Commission consisting of 9 members: 2 state senators, 2 assembly members, and 5 gubernatorial appointees including representatives from higher education, business/trade associations, and Irish-American communities

Commission must study and recommend to the Board of Economic Development ways to advance bilateral trade, investment, business and academic exchanges, and infrastructure investment between Nevada and Ireland

Establishes the Account for the Nevada-Ireland Trade Commission in the State General Fund to finance Commission activities including travel, meals, and lodging; funds do not revert at fiscal year end

Commission may apply for grants and accept gifts, grants, bequests, and contributions from public or private sources

Requires annual report by October 1 to the Governor and Legislative Counsel Bureau; effective July 1, 2025
