Expands the definition of "provider of Internet service" to include providers who offer remote computing services (cloud storage and processing) to subscribers or customers

Remote computing service providers who violate federal disclosure laws (18 U.S.C. § 2701-2713) would be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $500

Authorizes governmental entities to compel remote computing service providers to disclose user/subscriber information pursuant to a subpoena

Requires remote computing service providers to keep certain user information confidential under the same rules that apply to traditional Internet service providers

Adds statutory definitions for "electronic communications system" and "remote computing service" to Nevada law (NRS Chapter 205)
