Replaces the requirement for "an image of" a signature with an "electronic signature" for documents filed electronically in Nevada courts

Applies to juvenile court petitions, criminal complaints, prosecutorial informations, motions/notices/legal documents, and child welfare petitions

Defines "electronic signature" by reference to the Nevada Electronic Filing and Conversion Rules (NEFCR) adopted by the Nevada Supreme Court

Amends five sections of Nevada Revised Statutes: NRS 62D.400, 171.103, 173.049, 178.591, and 432B.515

Becomes effective upon passage and approval by the Governor
