Grants civil liability immunity to persons who return a firearm to its owner at the end of a "firearm hold agreement," where someone temporarily takes possession of another person's lawfully owned firearm at the owner's request

Defines a firearm hold agreement as a written or oral arrangement where a person takes physical possession of the owner's firearm, holds it for an agreed period, and returns it according to the agreement terms

Removes immunity protection if the person holding or returning the firearm engaged in unlawful conduct during the arrangement

Exempts firearm transfers made pursuant to a firearm hold agreement from Nevada's background check requirements under NRS 202.2547

Applies to causes of action accruing on or after October 1, 2025, with no fiscal impact to state or local government
