Expands child pornography laws to include AI-generated or AI-altered images depicting minors in sexual conduct, making it a category B felony (1-15 years imprisonment, up to $15,000 fine) to prepare, advertise, or distribute such material

Criminalizes possession of AI-altered images depicting minors under 16 in sexual portrayals as a category B felony for first offense (1-6 years, up to $5,000 fine) and category A felony for subsequent offenses (1 year to life, up to $5,000 fine)

Expands the definition of "intimate image" for unlawful dissemination crimes to include photorealistic AI-generated deepfakes depicting a person in sexual conduct without consent

Requires sex offender registration for persons convicted of offenses involving AI-generated child sexual abuse material

Effective July 1, 2025
