Expands the Statewide Substance Use Response Working Group from 18 to 23 members by adding the Executive Director of the Department of Indigent Defense Services and four new Attorney General appointees: a multilingual member of the public, an emergency response employee, a representative from the Division of Child and Family Services, and a representative from the Nevada District Attorneys Association.

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services designee to specifically come from the Division of Public and Behavioral Health.

Changes the Working Group's annual report deadline from January 31 to August 1 of each year, effective July 1, 2026.

Membership changes take effect October 1, 2025, with new appointees serving staggered initial terms expiring January 1, 2027 or January 1, 2028.
