Law enforcement agencies must provide domestic violence victims with free, complete, and unaltered copies of all police reports concerning their case upon written request

Reports must be furnished within 1 month of receiving the written request, regardless of whether the case has been closed

Law enforcement agencies may redact personal identifying information from the reports as appropriate

Extends existing protections already available to sexual assault survivors under NRS 178A.280 to domestic violence victims
