Authorizes the Board of Psychological Examiners to adopt regulations allowing unlicensed persons to perform certain psychological tests under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist and to use the title "psychometrist" when performing such tests.

Establishes a 3-year statute of limitations for filing complaints with the Board, prohibiting complaints from being filed if 3 or more years have elapsed since the alleged act or omission occurred.

Repeals the requirement for firms, partnerships, and corporations that practice or offer to practice psychology to register with the Board (NRS 641.2265).

Creates an exception to existing law that prohibits unlicensed persons from using psychology-related titles, allowing the use of "psychometrist" when authorized by Board regulations.
