Authorizes the Nevada DMV to adopt individualized symbols or codes for different medical conditions on driver's licenses and identification cards, in addition to the existing single symbol indicating a medical condition

Eligible medical conditions include diabetes, epilepsy, blindness/low vision, deafness, heart disease, food allergies, hemophilia, schizophrenia, depression, and other mental illnesses, among others

Requires the DMV to send liability insurance verification requests and registration suspension notices via electronic notification to vehicle owners who have opted in, in addition to mail

Registration suspension notices must be sent by certified mail or a mail service requiring signature and delivery confirmation, plus electronic notification for those who elected it

Effective October 1, 2025, with immediate effect upon passage for regulatory and administrative preparation
