Exempts social equity applicants for independent cannabis consumption lounges from liquid asset requirements; removes 2-year transfer restrictions on consumption lounge licenses

Reduces regulatory burdens by prohibiting visitor log requirements at sales facilities, limiting sales record retention to 3 years, and prohibiting duplicate labeling on packaging and labels

Requires Cannabis Compliance Board and Nevada Gaming Control Board to submit joint report by December 31, 2026 examining federal cannabis laws and whether gaming licensees should be authorized to invest in cannabis establishments
