Appropriates $2 million from the State General Fund ($1 million for FY 2025-2026 and $1 million for FY 2026-2027) to continue program implementation

Requires the administering nonprofit organization to submit annual reports by July 30 of 2025, 2026, and 2027 on enrollment numbers, demographics, and program effectiveness data

Requires the Department to compile and submit reports to the Legislative Counsel Bureau by September 30 of each year for transmittal to the Legislature and Joint Interim Standing Committees on Education and Health and Human Services
