School districts, public schools, and their employees are prohibited from granting ICE officers or other federal immigration enforcement officials access to school grounds, buildings, or facilities without a lawful court order or warrant

Education records and information about students or their families cannot be disclosed to federal, state, or local law enforcement officers engaged in immigration enforcement, except pursuant to a court order or warrant

Employees who knowingly and willfully violate these provisions are subject to disciplinary action by their employing school district or public school

"Public school" includes charter schools and university schools for profoundly gifted pupils
