Changes Nevada Arts Council funding from a fixed $150,000 annual deposit to 1 percent of all live entertainment tax revenues collected by the Gaming Control Board and Department of Taxation in the preceding fiscal year

Requires the Nevada Arts Council to use at least 90 percent of these funds to provide grants to artists and local arts agencies in the state

Defines "local arts agency" as a public or private nonprofit organization focused on making arts and culture accessible by supporting local artists, art programming, or arts-focused organizations

States legislative intent that the live entertainment tax funds not replace or supplant other funding sources, including legislative appropriations

Effective date: July 1, 2025
