Exempts physician offices and non-medical health care facilities from obtaining a Division of Public and Behavioral Health permit for anesthesia/sedation when treating only dental patients

Applies to physicians who hold both a medical license and a dental license, and who already possess a Board of Dental Examiners permit for administering anesthesia or sedation

Eliminates the current dual-permit requirement that forces practitioners licensed as both physicians and dentists to obtain separate permits from two different regulatory bodies

Requires the physician to administer anesthesia or sedation only within the scope of their dental board permit to qualify for the exemption

Amends NRS 449.441, 630.373, and 633.694 to recognize the new exemption for both physicians and osteopathic physicians
