Requires the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to include Medicaid coverage for screening for lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and prostate cancer, expanding beyond existing coverage for breast and cervical cancer screening

Directs the Department to apply for any federal waiver or State Plan amendment necessary to receive federal funding for the new cancer screening coverage

Requires the Department to fully cooperate with the Federal Government during the application process to obtain necessary waivers or amendments

Effective January 1, 2026, for coverage implementation, with immediate effect upon passage for regulatory and administrative preparation
