Health care providers practicing in reproductive health, employees/volunteers at reproductive health facilities, and gender-affirming care providers may request court orders to keep personal information confidential in county recorder, county assessor, and elections official records.

These same individuals may request the Department of Motor Vehicles display an alternate address on their driver's license, commercial driver's license, or identification card.

Protections extend to the spouse, domestic partner, or minor child of qualifying health care workers, as well as surviving family members of those killed in the performance of duties.

"Reproductive health" is defined to include prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, birth control, vasectomy, tubal ligation, abortion, abortion care, miscarriage management, and infertility care.
