Nevada ratifies the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, allowing physical therapists and physical therapist assistants licensed in other member states to practice in Nevada without obtaining a separate Nevada license

Practitioners must meet eligibility requirements including holding an unencumbered home state license, no adverse actions within the previous 2 years, paying applicable fees, and meeting any state jurisprudence requirements

Creates the Physical Therapy Compact Commission as a joint public agency to administer the compact, establish rules, maintain a data system for sharing licensure and disciplinary information, and resolve disputes among member states

Authorizes the Nevada Physical Therapy Board to share information with the compact's data system and provides confidentiality protections for certain investigative information disclosed through the system

Updates Nevada statutes to replace "registered physical therapist" with "licensed physical therapist" throughout and becomes effective July 1, 2025
