Expands licensing authority for mobile processing units to perform both custom processing and operate as official establishments for commercial interstate commerce slaughter of meat animals, game mammals, poultry, and game birds

Authorizes custom processing establishments and mobile processing units to slaughter animals on a commercial basis for intrastate sale within Nevada

Removes the requirement that custom processing establishments be "fixed" facilities, allowing for greater operational flexibility

Defines "custom processing" as the humane slaughter, skinning, and preparation of livestock and poultry for consumption by the owner, immediate family members, and nonpaying guests

Becomes effective July 1, 2026, with immediate effect upon passage for the purpose of adopting necessary regulations
