Appropriates $10,000,000 from the State General Fund to the Nevada School of the Arts for programs and services promoting education in the arts

Requires the Nevada School of the Arts to submit an expenditure report to the Interim Finance Committee by December 18, 2026, and a final report by September 17, 2027

Mandates that the organization make all financial records available to the Legislative Auditor upon request for auditing purposes

Unspent funds cannot be committed after June 30, 2027, and any remaining balance must be reverted to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval
