Eliminates oral contracts as valid brokerage agreements in Nevada, requiring all brokerage agreements between real estate clients and brokers to be in writing

Applies to agreements where brokers accept compensation for assisting with the sale, purchase, option, rental, or lease of real property, or the sale, exchange, option, or purchase of a business

Removes redundant "be in writing" requirement from exclusive agency representation agreements since all brokerage agreements now must be written under the revised definition

Updates related statutes (NRS 624.031, 645.300, 645.320, 645.633) to reflect that brokerage agreements are inherently written contracts

Effective date: applies to brokerage agreements entered into on or after October 1, 2025
