Division of Water Resources must notify applicants when a committee is assigned to review their water appropriation or change application, and committees must complete reviews within 30 days (if no protests filed) or 60 days (if protests filed) after the protest deadline

State Engineer must approve or deny extension requests within 30 days for filing instruments, completing construction work, or applying water to beneficial use

Nonconsumptive water use applications must be approved or rejected within 30 days after the protest deadline if no protests were filed

Reports of conveyance for water rights transfers must be reviewed within 14 days of filing, and permits must be issued within 14 days of receiving applicable fees

State Engineer must notify permit holders at least 30 days before work completion or beneficial use deadlines that permits will be held for cancellation if required proofs are not filed
