"Eligible veteran" is defined as a Nevada resident who retired from the U.S. Armed Forces after 20+ years of service or due to physical disability

"Gold star family member" is defined as a Nevada resident who is the spouse, child, or parent of a fallen U.S. Armed Forces member

Fee waiver for initial license issuance is limited to one business per applicant to prevent multiple waivers
