Designates July of each year as "Muslim American Heritage Month" in Nevada

Requires the Governor to issue an annual proclamation encouraging observance of the month

The proclamation may call upon news media, state and local officers, nonprofits, schools, businesses, and other entities to highlight contributions of Muslim Americans to Nevada and the United States

Recognizes Nevada's Muslim American community history dating to the mid-20th century, including Masjid As-Sabur (Las Vegas's oldest mosque, established in the 1970s) and the Northern Nevada Muslim Community (established 1980)
