Digital license plates may replicate special or personalized prestige plates with the same fees as conventional versions, and vehicles using digital plates are exempt from the front license plate requirement

Lenders contracting with DMV for registration loans may apply for licenses from out-of-state locations and operate within offices conducting other business activities
