Directs the Administrator to adopt regulations establishing provider requirements, which may include accreditation by a nationally recognized organization for home visitation services

Requires the Department to apply for any federal waivers or State Plan amendments necessary to receive federal funding for this coverage, with an effective date of January 1, 2026
