Sellers of real property with a private well must provide buyers written disclosure of water quality test results before closing

Test results must indicate whether the well water meets State Environmental Commission water quality standards and report levels of arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, and zinc

Water testing must be performed within 90 days before the closing date

Testing must be conducted by a laboratory certified under NRS 445A.425 and 445A.428 regulations

"Private well" is defined as any well not part of a public water system
