Large school districts (100,000+ pupils, currently only Clark County) must offer a Health Care Workforce Pathway Program at every high school with 250+ students enrolled, enabling grades 9-12 pupils to prepare for health care careers through career and technical education and at least 15 hours of work-based learning.

State Treasurer must provide tuition reimbursement for Nevada System of Higher Education fees to persons who complete the Health Care Workforce Pathway Program and work full-time in Nevada's health care field for at least 3 consecutive years, with partial reimbursement available after 1-2 years.

Governor's Office of Workforce Innovation must include health care as one of up to three priority industries in the Career Pathways Demonstration Program, alongside K-12 education.

Board of Regents may enter agreements with school districts to guarantee admission of academically qualified program completers to NSHE institutions and enable participants to earn up to 12 units of college credit for program coursework and internships.

Nevada Grown Educator Account is renamed to Nevada Grown Educator and Health Care Workforce Account; the bill contains an unfunded mandate and appropriation not included in the Executive Budget, with an effective date of October 1, 2025.
