State Forester Firewarden must establish a hiring program to appoint former offenders who performed firefighting work in conservation camps to firefighting positions with the Division of Forestry

Former offenders seeking firefighting positions must have completed conservation camp training, obtained required certifications, and meet qualifications established by the State Forester Firewarden

State Forester Firewarden may adopt regulations to implement the hiring program
