Eliminates the requirement that dental hygienists applying for licensure by endorsement in Nevada must have actively practiced dental hygiene for the 5 years immediately preceding their application

Prohibits the Board of Dental Examiners of Nevada from adopting regulations that require dental hygienist endorsement applicants to have practiced for any specified period immediately before applying

Declares void the existing regulation (NAC 631.030) requiring 5 years of active practice prior to application for dental hygienist licensure by endorsement

Amends NRS 622.530 to create an exception for dental hygienists from general regulatory authority to impose practice-period requirements for endorsement licenses
