Replaces the term "child pornography" with "child sexual abuse material" throughout Nevada Revised Statutes and Nevada Administrative Code to use language that recognizes minors depicted in such material as victims

Establishes "child sexual abuse material" as the preferred terminology for items or materials depicting minors as subjects of sexual portrayal or engaging in sexual conduct

Directs the Legislative Counsel to ensure future statutes use respectful language that clearly indicates minors in such material are victims rather than participants

Makes conforming changes across approximately 30 sections of Nevada law, including criminal statutes, juvenile justice provisions, background check requirements, victim compensation laws, and sex offender registration requirements

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
