Replaces the Nevada Historical Society representative with a representative from the Division of Museums and History of the Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs

Clarifies that the Department of Native American Affairs representative is specifically from the State of Nevada

Allows the current Nevada Historical Society representative serving on July 1, 2025, to continue until a successor is designated; effective date is July 1, 2025
