Requires the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History to release criminal history search results to public employers within 72 hours of inquiry

Mandates that all information releases to public employers be sent via secure electronic transmission to the employer's email address or their designee's email address

Defines "public employer" as the State of Nevada, any state agency, or any political subdivision of the state

Requires the Division to adopt regulations to implement these provisions; fiscal note indicates an effect on state government but no effect on local government
