Removes existing requirements that mobile crisis teams be based in specific jurisdictions or established only by EMS providers or law enforcement agencies

Requires mobile crisis teams established by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health to include one or more persons professionally qualified in behavioral health

Requires teams to also include one or more law enforcement officers, EMS providers, or persons with behavioral health expertise such as community health workers, case managers, or peer recovery support providers

Adds statutory definitions for "case management services," "community health worker," and "provider of emergency medical services"

Applies to mobile crisis teams responding to persons experiencing behavioral health crises who access the 9-8-8 suicide prevention hotline
