Chair of the Juvenile Justice Oversight Commission must solicit input from persons and organizations with knowledge of wrap-around services for children currently or formerly in the juvenile justice system, including those on probation or released from detention facilities

Input must address availability of wrap-around services, scope and types of services offered to children and families (including evidence-based home/community services, reentry programs, and mentorship), and other relevant matters

Chair must prepare an annual report by March 1 each year summarizing actions taken, findings, and recommendations relating to wrap-around services and the juvenile justice system

Report must be submitted to the Commission and the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Joint Interim Standing Committee on the Judiciary (odd-numbered years) or the next legislative session (even-numbered years)
