Creates the Account for the Nevada School Safety Data Grant Program within the Division of Emergency Management to award grants to law enforcement agencies for procuring school mapping data for public schools in their jurisdictions

Requires school mapping data to be compatible with public safety agency software platforms at no additional access cost, available in both printable and digital formats, verified for accuracy through on-site walk-throughs, and include detailed labeling of building features, hazards, utilities, and emergency resources

Designates school mapping data as confidential property of the school district, prohibiting disclosure except to employees of the school district, public safety agencies, or the Division of Emergency Management

Authorizes school districts, charter schools, and private schools to install secure, exterior master key boxes meeting Underwriters Laboratories Standard 1037, with locations determined in consultation with public safety agencies

Effective October 1, 2025, with immediate effect upon passage for adopting regulations and administrative preparation
