Creates the Southern Nevada Health Care Workforce Apprenticeship Pilot Program to address shortages of medical assistants and pharmaceutical technicians through apprenticeship training programs

Appropriates $300,000 from the State General Fund to Workforce Connections to develop, create, and administer the program

Covers participation costs including professional certification and registration fees for up to 100 apprentices enrolled in the program

Requires all apprenticeship programs established under the pilot to be registered and approved by the State Apprenticeship Council

Funds must be committed by June 30, 2027, and fully spent by September 17, 2027, with any remaining balance reverting to the State General Fund; effective July 1, 2025
