Adopts the Uniform Parentage Act (2017), replacing existing Nevada parentage laws with gender-neutral language that establishes parent-child relationships through birth, presumption, court adjudication, adoption, acknowledgment of parentage, or assisted reproduction/gestational agreements

Allows courts to adjudicate a child as having more than two legal parents if failure to recognize additional parents would be detrimental to the child, and establishes a process for "de facto parents" who have resided with and cared for a child to petition for legal parentage

Creates new procedures for voluntary acknowledgment or denial of parentage, with a 60-day rescission period and a 2-year window to challenge based on fraud, duress, or material mistake of fact

Establishes detailed genetic testing requirements for parentage proceedings, including a 99% probability threshold for identifying a genetic parent, and makes intentional unauthorized release of genetic specimens collected for parentage testing a misdemeanor

Affirms that gestational carriers have the right to make all health and welfare decisions regarding their pregnancy, including decisions about cesarean sections, multiple embryo transfers, pregnancy continuation or termination, and fetal reduction—any contract provisions contradicting these rights are void and unenforceable
