Adds persons engaged solely in payroll processing services to the list of entities exempt from Nevada's money transmission licensing and regulatory requirements under Chapter 671 of NRS

Repeals NRS 671.275, which imposed certain duties on persons engaged in payroll processing services

Maintains existing exemptions for employers performing their own payroll and professional employer organizations already covered under separate provisions
