Public utilities must provide required customer notices in English and the three most commonly spoken non-English languages in Nevada, with the Public Utilities Commission adopting regulations for customers with limited English proficiency or communication disabilities

Utilities cannot terminate residential gas, water, or electricity service for nonpayment if the amount owed is less than $300, less than 6 months overdue, or if at least half was paid within the preceding 25 days
