Transportation network companies must adopt written policies listing specific conduct that may result in driver suspension or deactivation, provide written notice within 24 hours of any suspension/deactivation, and establish a reconsideration process that must be completed within 14 calendar days

Companies must disclose to drivers before they accept a task: the payment amount, distance/direction to destination, estimated mileage, and estimated time to complete; passengers must be shown the fare paid and driver payment amount before being offered the option to tip

Nevada Transportation Authority will certify a driver support organization for 3-year terms to represent drivers in disputes and provide education/support, funded by quarterly assessments on transportation network companies capped at 7 cents per trip
