Department of Health and Human Services, through the Aging and Disability Services Division, must conduct a public awareness campaign on long-term care planning using television, digital platforms, and other media

Division must create a website with long-term care planning resources and coordinate workshops and seminars with financial planners, health care providers, insurance companies, and community organizations

Program must address specific populations including non-English speakers, veterans, and rural residents, with initial priority given to areas with high concentrations of elderly persons and limited access to planning resources

Administrator must submit annual reports by February 1 to the Legislative Commission and Joint Interim Standing Committee on Health and Human Services (even years) or to the Legislature (odd years)

Guardianship Commission created by the Nevada Supreme Court is requested to study the Uniform Health-Care Decisions Act's implementation in other states and make recommendations on whether Nevada should adopt additional provisions of the Act
