School districts, charter schools, and Nevada System of Higher Education institutions receive immunity from civil liability for harassment incidents by pupils, students, employees, or contractors if they establish, publish, and enforce comprehensive anti-harassment policies

Required policies must include specific response protocols for harassment complaints, procedures that protect complainants from further harm, and a plan to deliver supportive measures within 3 days of receiving a complaint regardless of whether an investigation is requested

Supportive measures defined in the bill include schedule adjustments, assignment accommodations, counseling services, excused absences, compliance with court orders prohibiting contact, and increased monitoring of locations where harassment allegedly occurred

Corrective actions must be designed to stop harassment incidents, prevent recurrence, and remedy the effects of such incidents
