Removes the requirement that portable electronics insurers sending notices by electronic mail must comply with regulations adopted by the Commissioner of Insurance.

Applies existing NRS 680A.560 requirements to portable electronics insurers, requiring them to cease electronic delivery and use alternative methods if they have reason to believe a notice was not received or if an email address becomes invalid.

Maintains existing notice requirements including 30-day advance notice for policy termination or changes to terms/conditions, and 10-day notice for termination due to fraud.

Insurers and vendors must still maintain proof of mailing, delivery, or electronic transmission of required notices.
