Expands reimbursement eligibility to hospitals and facilities providing outpatient treatment (not just residential) to children attending their licensed private schools, allowing them to request payment from the child's enrolled school district or charter school

Outpatient treatment reimbursement is limited to pupils with disabilities who previously received special education and related services from the school district or charter school where they remain enrolled

Reimbursement begins after more than 7 school days of attendance and is calculated using the daily rate of adjusted base per pupil funding (annual amount divided by 180 days)

Contains an unfunded mandate on local governments, with the bill explicitly stating that NRS 354.599 (which typically requires state funding for new mandates) does not apply to additional expenses from this act
